Parkinson’s SA is a local not-for-profit organisation providing support services in South Australia for people with Parkinson’s Disease and their families, including:
Providing direct services to assist people with Parkinson’s disease and their families in coping with management problems arising from the condition.
Providing information to people with Parkinson’s disease, their carers and health professionals.
Facilitating contact with appropriate community resources.
Promoting public awareness through community education.
In 2010, Australia’s Unity Walk for Parkinson’s will be launched in Elder Park on September 12. Please join us to raise awareness for Parkinson’s disease, and funds to support the operations of Parkinson’s SA.
