ARMENIAN seniors celebrated Seniors Week with a social gathering at Argyle Hall in Ryde on Monday.
The City of Ryde has a large Armenian community and Mayor Artin Etmekdjian is the first Armenian mayor in Australia.
The seniors were treated to Armenian coffee, pastries and other traditional delicacies.
And they enjoyed a day of bingo and backgammon and listened to traditional music and dance.
